Nothing arrives by accident, even the things that break us open.
I keep learning this slowly in the after of tears, in the way our bodies soften once it stops resisting. And acceptance begins to look like an option.
Life doesn’t move in straight lines, You breathe in and out, tightening, loosening,
Some days that feel like winter, everything is still and you mistake it for emptiness. But underneath, something is gathering the strength to begin again.
And then spring not loud, not sudden. A gentle light, slow growth A reminder that nothing is ever lost, only changing form.
Trusting that even the falling apart has its reason,
Maybe nothing is truly against you, maybe it’s all moving you Through joy and grief, through seasons you don’t get to choose.
So loosen your grip. Just a little.
Let life be what it is: Rising, breaking, blooming, resting.
And meet it there. Not as something to fight, but as a friend to move with.
